1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing our website, submitting a booking inquiry, or purchasing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Booking and Scheduling
   All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Confirmation of a session is subject to availability and will be finalized only after we confirm your booking via email or phone. Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   Clients must notify us of any cancellations or requests to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session or payment. Rescheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions.
4. Photo Processing and Delivery
   All professionally edited photos will be delivered within 3-4 business days following your photography session. Photos will be provided via secure digital gallery for download. Delivery timeline begins from the date of your photography session. Weekend and holiday sessions may extend delivery by 1-2 additional business days.
5. Client Conduct and Responsibilities
   Clients are responsible for:

• Their own appearance and attire
• The conduct and safety of children and pets during sessions
• Communicating specific requests or must-have shots in advance
  We reserve the right to terminate a session if any individual becomes abusive, unsafe, or uncooperative.

6. Liability
   While we take great care in our work, we are not liable for:

• Acts of nature or weather disruptions
• Delays caused by travel, illness, or uncontrollable events
• Accidental loss or damage to digital files after delivery
  Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.

7. Communication Consent and Messaging Compliance
   By submitting your email or phone number during booking or inquiry, you consent to receive messages from It’s Lit Photography regarding appointments, services, and updates.

• You may receive automated text messages or promotional emails.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions:

• Text STOP to unsubscribe from SMS communication.
• Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any promotional email, or contact us directly.
  We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties.
